1 Tablet: Vitamin D (as Cholecalciferol) 400 I.U.; Calcium (as Calcium Carbonate) 600 mg; Croscarmellose; Cellulose (Plant Origin); Cellulose Coating; Titanium Dioxide Color; Vegetable Magnesium Stearate; FD&C Yellow No. 6 Lake

For adults, take one (1) tablet once or twice daily, preferably with a meal. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers.
