Yes, I recommendMeter is too complicated for me.
This meter is too much for me. I just want a basic meter that tells me past readings and 14 and 30 day averages. The menu on this meter has all kinds of stuff that to me isn't really necessary. You cannot see the monitor well even with the back light on. One of the best.
Not sure why the negative reviews. Possibly user error. Possibly getting strips from elsewhere. I've been using these strips for YEARS. And have never had an issue, other than from a batch purchased online from another seller. One purchased in store have always been consistent. I can test several times and get the same reading. And they match up with my labs. If still on the fence, look up lab studies that have compared 18 different meters. Only 2 big brand meters rated higher in accuracy than this one. This beat out all the rest. Thank you CVS for giving me something that is affordable, and that I can trust.1 users found this review helpful.
