I had such pain in my hip. Like a Charlie horse. I know it wasn’t an injury, but probably a cramp from sitting in an uncomfortable couch. I bought one of these and used it on the locked up muscle then iced it for a few hours. It worked! It’s not comfortable to use at first, but that feeling goes away after a few minutes.
