a must for insomnia
I never write reviews but you need to try. I just woke up from the best sleep after taking this. I took half a pill and I slept tor 9 hours and fell asleep in less than 2 minutes! Im not tired or groggy in any way, I woke up on the first alarm which is unheard of for me. I have been having really bad insomnia lately, where it takes me hours to fall asleep, and that’s with taking melatonin and magnesium glycinate! The night before I tried zzzquil I only slept for 3 hours. THIS IS A GAME CHANGER. I will probably only take when I need to get good sleep and know I won’t be able to fall asleep because it’s not good to take long term…7 users found this review helpful.
