Works as described
I can't say that I'm surprised people can't figure out how to use this device...most people are idiots. If you take someone's temp and then immediately try to take another reading, it won't work...the sensor needs to cool back down to take an accurate reading. I have no problems with mine at all. Quick and easy; no fuss
Bought this for my kids because it is so difficult getting their temperature when they are sick. The first one didn't work at all, wouldn't even turn on, but tool it back and exchanged it for another one and it works amazing!! Wait for the two beeps before touching to skin
At first I thought it didn't work, but it works without fail now that I know how to use it. Sometimes it takes a few seconds to go from the first beep to the set of two beeps. Turn it off and back on, if it seems to take too long. I seriously had to try several times before I got it to work. Just don't touch the tip to skin before you get the first beep and then the two beeps together.9 users found this review helpful.
