Works but takes time to get in the habit of using it.

The little applicator puffs feel like stiffer qtips, and I was unsure if they were reuseable so I just used them one time each. The cleaning gel was very refreshing on my gums. The best part was the gum line picker/stimulator tool. It helps scrap extra plaque or bits that a toothbrush might have trouble handling. Isn't harsh either when going around the gum line and the applicator for the gum gel is perfect for the hard to reach places since it has an applicator that locks into place. Has definitely been helping me keep my teeth clean and gums healthier . Takes patience
