Eyeliner has potential
This eyeliner has potential, but when i recieved it, it was pretty dry and clumpy. I tried it anyway and it stayed one. Couldn’t get it to work once
Unfortunately I couldn’t get this to even draw the simplest of wings. The formula is too dry and the moment you try to go over it again it just moves all the product around.
