I was told by my doctor to start taking vitamin D to better my health and immune system. So I started taking these advanced formula D with K. I’ve definitely noticed a big difference in my general health and mood. After doing some research I found that combining the two brings many benefits. I admit that I haven't heard a lot about K2 with vitamin D3 before but I had the opportunity to try it and I'm happy that I am doing something positive for my heart health and bone density now that I'm in my 60's. I want to do everything I can to do something preventative to help be more healthy as I age. Great Combination of K2 with D3
I love this combination of K2 with D3 vitamin. I needed to add D3 to my diet and when I saw I could take one pill and get the benefits of D3 and K2, I thought I would give it a try. This 60 count gelcap bottle by CVS is a great value. The K2 helps your heart and arteries as well as your bones and bone density. My internal medicine Doctor thinks that taking this is a good idea for my medical well being and I agree with him. These are the quality without being overpriced. Works well!
I have always had an issue with my Vit D levels being very low, like a 9! It causes a lot of bone pain for me. My dr recommended I take a supplement and I have taken several different brands. I was told to also take my Vit D with K2 as well as magnesium. I hate having to take pills so I was happy to see the D3 and k2 combo! Great addition to my daily vitamins
