I have taking this pill occasionally at bed time, but I had noticed that the next day I woke up with a headache, but I did not realized it was the pill until two days ago I took one before bed and in the morning I had a terrible headache. I felt so bad I could not go to work and had to stay home. I then said let me check the reviews from other people that had taken it, and boom there is some people had also this massive headache.
