These actually do provide a calming effect. It do take a little while . I love that it contains ashwaganda and L-Theanine. Its very affordable compared to there stress supplements. We all need these once in awhile
I like these anxiety and stress relief tablets. I appreciate the ingredients and the fact that they are Non-GMO. Nice packaging which keep them fresh and also makes it easier for me to use. Too much
I'm looking for a little something to help me sleep, relax, to help relieve anxiety. Ashwaganda
Using this supplement for 7 years now and it has really helped even during several extremely stressful periods. Recommended by my physician in lieu of a previous RX that was a controlled substance. So thankful for that suggestion. My only CVS remark would be there is usually only 1 on the shelf (BOGO specials make it a point to have to have it modified to 1/2 price) And seldom is the larger container available.
