Helps with back posture
This back posture corrector was helpful for my husbands sore back and provided relief. It runs small, but is a very durable product
I really wish this fit because unlike other back posture correctors, this one has two thick pads that go between your lower spine. It’s unfortunate that the size was not accurate. It says small/medium fits 29.0-39.0 (as seen in picture), but it did not fit my waist that is 38”. It’s decent for a temporary fix. For posture specifically, it doesn’t do a ton because it doesn’t target bringing the shoulders back. It is also a bit bulky. Offers excellent support and stability when you are standing
I decided to try this stabilizing girdle because when doing many physical activities my back hurts a lot due to several deviations, the first thing I could notice is that it has a very beautiful and comfortable design, it is made of a Breathable material that helps you not to feel hot or cause sweat, it brings elastic straps that fit your size and two firm pads that help maintain a straight posture of your back. By using it I could notice improvement, but I do not recommend it to sit for a long time with it on because in my case it caused me more pain, however it is still excellent if I am going to be in motion or standing. Surprised

Not great for smaller waists
This product is super easy to use with clear instructions on the box. It’s padded on the back for comfort and helps with posture. The only downside is that the size Small is combined into “Small/Medium”. My waist is on the smaller side and I found that I couldn’t fully tighten the elastic/velcro. I would definitely recommend this for someone (with a bigger waist) who is looking for extra support.
