It’s very soft

Decent but could be improved
I have a different cervical collar that I wear since I have a lot of disc issues and this one is more stiff. I don’t love the strap in the back as much. It makes it harder to adjust than my other neck support. Easy to use
Item works as expected. It fits my neck well. I'm a plus size woman with a bigger neck and it works great. It's mostly comfortable. It stays in place well. Fits well, soft & comfy
The CVS adjustable cervical collar is very soft and comfortable to wear. It’s covered in a soft cloth. There is a wraparound in the center of it that I assume is to help keep it stable and keep your chin from crushing down on the cushion so that your neck is kept in an upright position. It attaches from a smaller size to a larger size depending on how much Velcro you use once you’ve put it around your neck. I have issues with a “tech” neck and I suffer from a lot of neck pain from years of looking down at my phone or looking down when working on a keyboard and desktop computer. I was hoping that this collar would help me to keep my neck in a normal resting position so that I would not be tempted to look down. It does help as a simple reminder to keep your chin up, but again, the item is a soft cushion so you can still look down. It is not a hard collar. Depending on if you wear makeup or have a dirty neck or for whatever reason, the lining of the collar could get dirty. I learned an old trick from one of my customers when I worked insurance claims. You take a man’s sock that is either black or purple or whatever color and you cut the end off of it where the toes go, and you slip your collar inside of it and you can now color coordinate it with your outfits! It also keeps it clean, so you only have to wash the sock instead of the collar. In the closed position, this collar is easy to store in a sock drawer or with other clothing items when not in use. This is a good, durable product, and I would recommend it. {{userCount} users found this review helpful.
