Decent so far
These gummies are okay. They seem to help somewhat. I think it's just something you have to continue to take to see any improvement or results. The flavor isn't too bad and they are gummies, making them easy to take. They look like little berries. So cute! The flavor isn't too bad, either. The bottle is kind of large, but I think that helps make it easier to find in the cabinet. Helps with mood and sleep
So far I can tell a little difference in my mood and sleep. I've only been taking for a couple weeks, cant wait to see what a difference a full month makes.
