Incomplete product, not allowed to return it
I bought this item and it was incomplete, missing envelopes. I tried to return it and they said they don’t accept return on the item. NO DNA result sent back
I bought this kit at CVS pharmacy in Hemet CA, Stetson, collected and mailed the specimen but NEVER received a result. Effective and trustworthy
It helps me to clarify that im doing the right thing. I bought this test and have not heard anything ! There is no one to contact about the status of your results. Never Got Results
I spent over 100$ on this product and have not gotten any RESULTS ! Not worth it
The package that you mail the test in is so crappy that my package still hasn’t arrived to the lab to even be tested . Called customer service and they couldn’t do anything nor will they refund me . Called the postal service because my package is going in circles and they stated they always have problems with this company bevause of the label and the shipping .
