Pain relief is moderately effective once I am able to apply it. The patch is difficult to apply myself. It becomes stuck to itself and sometimes becomes unusable. It is difficult to get it applied to the proper location needed to get pain relief. Often once applied it will not stick very long. CVS Lidocaine Paine Patches work great
Every day l use these pain patches and they b work well for the price.
