I live on this stuff; it is breakfast every morning mixed with Ka'Chava and fresh berries, sometimes spinach or kale also. Diabetics rejoice for Glycerna!
As a Type 2 diabetic, I try to watch what I consume to not endanger my condition, and I find Glycerna works! It is tasty, creamy,and works well into my diet plan. Hey, Glycerna may have actually helped me to lose some weight. My only gripe is that I wish CVS had more flavors and varieties of Glycerna, and some lower prices wouldn't hurt either.
