Helps to take care of the bad bacteria in your small intestines caused by small text and bacterial overgrowth. Instead of taking antibiotics all the time. Just make sure you are not always snacking. You need at least four hours in between meals for your stomach to do some sweeping motion of the small intestines to clean out everything along with this. Cvs online says 3000 mg meanwhile mine have nothing listed. When you read the back it says something totally different from whats on the website. I'm not sure I trust this brand now. I'm calling the store and customer service tomorrow.
