My favorite melatonin brand! It works wonders though i do have to take breaks from so i don’t build a high tolerance. Taste nice just like candy, almost makes me want to finish the entire bottle lol. Knock me out!
Have taken these when needing to sleep. Work so well for me and don’t have any funny after taste. My only issue is they tend to make me sleep a TON… sometimes too much. The best melatonin gummy
I love Olly sleep gummies. Take 1 of these an hour before you want to sleep and I bet you’ll be sleeping soundly all night. They also taste great! Make sure to keep the lid fully closed or they may get a little hard. I typically take these when I know I’ll have a hard time sleeping, but you can take them every night.
