Not "hot"
Claims to be pain + heat. Never got heated but I feel it got cold. Way too cold. It felt like stabbing pains. I guess it would have been great if I wanted an ice pack. I paid for heat. Woke up in the middle of the night in so much pain, I had to tear it off.
