It cleans nd smells wonderful

Pads are just a bit too short. Difficult to securely attach. Certainly another 1/4 to 1/2 inch of material won’t adversely affect company profitability.Reply from swiffer.com4 months agoWe're sorry to hear this, Gemma, and want to assure you that we have many quality checks to ensure you get the best. If you haven't already, we recommend to align the edges of the fold to the edge of the mop head. This will ensure that the cloth fits in the grippers on both sides of the sweeper head. Once that's done, make sure the cloth is tucked into all of the grippers on both sides of the sweeper head.
