If I could give it 10 stars I would
I bought this product a year ago and I was amazing. My boyfriend and I used it as makeup for Halloween (unfortunately we forgot to take pictures) it was comfortable and did not budge AT ALL. I've loved the brown liquid eyeliner for years but recently, it's really difficult to get it on my lower lid without it smudging and in a fine line. Never used to have this problem.
