Prebiotic Fiber + Supergreens for Gut Health and E
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Benefiber's new Prebiotic Fiber + Supergreens Powder turned out to be better than I expected. Most drinkable fiber products are gritty, thick, and aren't very pleasant to take. I usually stay away from watermelon flavored products, but the watermelon lemonade flavor of this mix is surprisingly good. It has a nice balance of sweet and tart that is easy to drink. 1 scoop mixed into cold water provides me with energy to get through the day. Each serving includes prebiotics, plant-based fiber, adaptors, organic greens, and a vegetable/fruit blend. It supports metabolic, cellular, and mental energy. The powder dissolves easily in cold water, and while it is not completely grit-free, it is a lot smoother than other fiber drinks. It gets sweetness from stevia, so if you are sensitive to it, you will notice that aftertaste, but it is milder than I thought it would be. The taste is good, still a bit of spinach type flavor but the fruit masks most of it.
