These are the best multivitamins my father is personally using these and has no side effect. They don’t cause stomach issues and dosage of each vitamin is within recommended range. Value due to quality of ingredients.
I've been taking these vitamins for about 3 years now right after breakfast. It takes about 2 hrs to feel that its working. The stuff listed as ingredients are great and that's why I chose this brand. Quality is worth the few bucks extra I pay.
