I take this vitamins every morning and they are the most disgusting thing I’ve ever tasted. There is no other type of medication that I can take due to the dosage being the correct size that I need. Yet I dread taking them every morning. And if you think I’m over reacting I’m not, trust me! They STAIN teeth!!!
I am an adult female. I had been taking these for a few weeks as recommended by my doctor to help with iron deficiency. ( He said iron pills can be large and uncomfortable to swallow) I unfortunately, have noticed a grey stain on my teeth that I have been unable to brush off. When I researched this, I found this chewable vitamin can definitly cause this! Wish there was a warning on the label!!! I will see my dentist tomorrow and hopefully get this stain removed. I dont know if they were working for me or not.
