I have used Full n Sofy very black waterproof mascara for about 15 years. I’ve tried others and always come back to my tried and true. But the new formula ain’t it. It clumps, it dries out faster, and my lashes don’t stay curled. Please please please bring back the old formula!!Reply from maybelline.com3 weeks agoHey ejames! If it ain’t broke…
The new formula is terrible. Been using this mascara for decades and suddenly it’s stickier, clumps lashes together, doesn’t separate well anymore, or create the long-wearing “full and soft” effect it always used to. So sad to have to go find a new mascara after years of being the biggest fan of this one :(Reply from maybelline.com1 month agoHi! Only mascara I will buy.

Disappointed
Have used this since 1999 the last 6 or so I have bought have been clumping and drying out within 3 weeks I would usually replace it every 3 months or so for the last 27 years I read the formula has been changed now I know why can't leave well enough alone was a great productReply from maybelline.com2 months agoHi there!
