This product is effective. I personally prefer to use toners that are sold in the “wiped” form, but this product is still fine. Effective and reliable
I was looking for a replacement toner after my favorite Neutrogena Rapidclear was discontinued. I noticed my skin was smoother on my face and chest within 1 day of using it. It would be great if it had glycolic acid in it. Have used for years!!
I have used the stress control toner for years. as someone with moderate adult acne & the occassion nasty BREAKOUT, i cant imagine what I would do without it . Recently I couldn't find it and was so worried it was discontinued, huge relief to find it here today. As someone who suffers with breakouts this toner is a life saver, it really helps control redness and speed up the healing process, it’s fragranced so light and floral, and when you apply it gives such a fresh feeling to the skin.
