I used to love this lotion and have been loyal to it for years, but the new formula is a major disappointment. Burns the skin
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a Nivea soft cream woman for over two decades now. It is time to say bye. My skin burns every time I put it on. Nivea is going to lose the customers with this new formula. PLEASE LISTEN TO PEOPLE AND BRING BACK THE OLD FORMULA. New formula is terrible
I've been using this product for years. The last 2 times I've purchased it the formula has been SO much thinner, not moisturizing, and actually burns my skin. I don't know what happened to the previous formula but it was my favorite face moisturizer and now I'm searching for a different product. Stay away from the new formula!!!
I’ve been using Nivea Soft for the past 15 years, every single day and night, and it has always been my favorite product. But I just bought a new tub with the “New! More naturally derived formula” text on the label and applied the new lotion to my skin for the first time today. As soon as I applied it to my face, my skin was on fire and turned bright red. The burning sensation was unbearable! I had to immediately wash it off and rinse my face in cold water for a few minutes. My skin still itches and tingles 15 minutes later. I’ve never had a reaction like that to a product! I can’t imagine what ingredients were added to make that happen, but it’s scary that many of the recent reviewers had similar experiences. Do not like the new White Nivea Cream
I have been using both blue Nivea and White Nivea for years and it has done wonders for my combination skin. I recently tried the new White Nivea Cream with new ingredients and I hate it. It burns my skin and makes me break out. Please bring the old White Nivea back! It is so hard to find a moisturizer that I can use as I have VERY sensitive skin. Bad Formula Change
I have used Nivea Soft for over 10 years. It was my "holy grail" moisturizer. I just made it through my last tub of the old formula,and was surprised to see the "new more natural ingredients" label at the store. I decided to buy it and give it a chance of course, but the texture is nowhere near the quality of the old kind. My face felt sticky instead of soft after application, and worst of all, I broke out horribly the next morning.
