Most sports drinks packets, like Liquid IV, load you up on sugar and/or sodium (which most people already get too much of from the rest of their typical daily diet) and not a lot of potassium or magnesium (which most people need a lot more of). Prime packets are the best I've ever seen for high potassium & magnesium and low sugar & sodium.0 users found this review helpful.
