Really helps with sensitivity!
Not too long ago, my dentist remarked that the enamel on my front teeth was thinning. She asked if I had any sensitivity, and I do - especially to cold beverages. She then gave me a sample of Sensodyne Pronamel Active Shield. I tried it, and it definitely reduced the sensitivity a lot.
