I have type 4 hair, dry/low porosity, and struggle with scalp dermatitis, so I’m picky about what I use. I’ve been using both the shampoo and conditioner from SheaMoisture’s Coconut & Hibiscus Curl & Shine line. Honestly, it’s a pretty good product—not amazing, but better than a lot of other shampoos I’ve tried. It gets my hair clean without stripping it completely dry, and my curls feel a little softer and more manageable afterward. Packaging is nice. It hasn’t flared up my scalp issues, which is a plus. I wouldn’t say it works miracles, but it’s solid.
