I have loved the h2o proof liquid eyeliner for over 20 years because it stayed put and I have a vintage aesthetic. If anything it was harder to put on because it wanted to stay put but that was welcome over this!. The last two I have purchased (separately) smudge/smear at the slightest hint of oil on my skin. It’s annoying and embarrassing. I’m disappointed. It’s also weird that the formula supposedly hasn’t changed. So perhaps they are using poor quality ingredients now. I’m sad. Waterproof and perfect!

Worst eyeliner I've ever tried.

Is not wayerproof
This eyeliner literally smudges everywhere. I tend to have watery eyes and if a single drop touches this eyeliner is smudges everywhere. I've never had this issue with the other liquid eyeliner not advertised as waterproof.
