Good liner
I bought this since I wanted to try a liquid liner in brown and not spend a lot. I was pleasantly surprised that this was a good liner and it goes on well and the color is what I wanted. I got a bad one or don't know how to use?
I just bought this and was excited to put it on, its dry?? I tried wiping my hand with it to try and get product in the tip but the tip doesn't have anything, and it just oozes out at the base, "soft" my butt my eyelid is sore now from trying to apply this, it was a faded brown, I finally rubbed off what little I was able to apply because it wouldn't apply. It was dry and couldn't use for one day only.

Faulty lid
Loved the liner until 3 weeks in the cap became possessed. It wont stay on. Therefore dried out. Pops off with high speed like a Jack in the Box. Until the packaging is fixed, I will not be buying this again.0 users found this review helpful.Originally posted on WetnWild
