I've been taking magnesium for at least 5 years now. This one has three different kinds of magnesium that work for three different things. I am a fan of the pills that include multiple types of magnesium. This particular one is more for digestive issues. Might help relaxing to sleep better a little bit. I prefer one that will help with muscle relaxing and help sleep more. I didn't find these particular pills beneficial to me, but that doesn't mean they're bad. I just don't really have a lot of digestive issues. However, I did give them to my sister-in-law and she said that sometimes she felt some difference but definitely not all the time. This magnesium seemed to really work and be effective for me. I like that it comes in capsule form because I do not like liquid supplements or medications. It’s very effective

Definitely Try!
This magnesium has been a great addition to my supplement routine. The triple action formula helps me feel more relaxed and supports my overall well-being. It's easy on the stomach, which is a big plus. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is that the pills are a bit large, but they're still manageable. Digestive friendly
I have been taking these CVS triple magnesium supplements for almost a month now. While physically I can't see any difference in myself between this and the other magnesium I was already taking, I can say that I am not experiencing the loose stool issue I have with the other, so that's HUGE! I take magnesium for my fibromyalgia nerve pain and for better rest when I sleep, and I have not seen any disruption in the benefits I see in those aspects. No aftertaste
I tried CVS Health Chelated Triple Magnesium and was happy with it overall. I like that they are vegan; that way anyone can use them. I thought that the size was a little on the big side but I didn’t have any trouble swallowing them. I would check and look at the size on the bottle of you aren’t able to swallow large capsules. The magnesium did not leave any lingering taste in my mouth afterwards so I was pleased with that. I like that these are good for my muscles, bones and nerves. I didn’t feel any diffident taking these but I believe that they are helping me on the inside be healthier.
