    Slow release means better absorption

    I take one of these with food in the morning and then a cheaper regular calcium citrate in the evening. Works for me.

    Take once a day

    I take Citrical calcium supplements slow release with vitamin D3. It is 1200mg and you only have to take it once a day in the morning with food. And it is sugar free.
