It’s a great product. It helps me a lot.
I use to have a lot of tightness of cramps on my legs. I spoke to my Doctor about it and she suggested that I take (2) Magnesium tablets a day. One in the morning and (1) in the evening. I have been using it for about a year. AND IT HELPS ME TREMENDOUSLY. Helps my migraines!
This product helps my migraines and so far no stomach upset. I started taking half the pill the last few months. My hormonal migraines have decreased in intensity and duration. They have also cut my migraine days in half. I will be upping this dose now to the full pill. Wish they made this one in chewable form!
