I had a 10:10am appointment. I arrived around 10am. I was only seen close to 11am. The nurse was excellent but the wait time was excessive especially with an appointment. A walk in put everyone who had an appointment in waiting mode
Professional and explained everything so I could understand
The nurse was very professional and very helpful. she made my 98 year-old grandmother feel very comfortable. Very much appreciated.
I was overcharged for my visit and didn’t even receive a receipt with the cost breakdown. I went in for hives. She looked at my arm and charged me $160.
I scheduled an appointment for 5:20 and didn’t get called into the treatment room until after 6. I had already entered my insurance information and scanned my insurance card when I checked in. The NP asked for all the information again and then could not verify that my insurance was in network. I told her I already confirmed, but she had to call and confirm. This took another 20 mins or so. I should not have had to repeat anything provided during check in and my insurance should’ve been verified by someone other than the NP treating me. This process is completely inefficient and likely why the NP was so far behind in seeing patients. I recommend you look at your processes from a customer lens and focus on better outcomes for your patients.
The whole thing experience was fast, easy, and professional.
I am a 100% disabled veteran. My medical services were covered like it was supposed to be. The pharmacy charged me for my prescription. How does one department get it right and the other have no clue? Do better.
