Overall rating for my clinic visit with this practitioner

Do not recommend

I felt health matters were explained in a way that was easy to understand (i.e., after-visit care, taking medications, addressing my health problems or concerns).

I don’t think they really enjoy working with people

I felt that I was carefully listened to and shown respect.

Right from the start the NP put down my father and did not take the time to listen. She took an appointment who checked in after us first- and they were 20 minutes late to their appointment. This made my parents wait for over 30 minutes.

How would you rate the cleanliness and appearance of our clinic?

The nurse practitioner was extremely rude and unprofessional. Highly do not recommend for any illness or primary care.
