Professional Nurse Practitioner The Provider did a thorough analysis of my needed care. Clearly explained the testing & physical exam findings! Prescribed the appropriate medication for my condition & I was able to fill the prescription in Target Pharmacy!

It was very easy and comfortable. I made my appt on line and was taken shortly after I arrived. The exam was thorough , friendly and not rushed pleasant.

The Nurse practioner was exrtremely patient, attentive and understanding of my concerns. She took time to understand my concern and answer my questions.

I had 2 colds back to back & I had been coughing for more than 2 weeks. I kept thinking it will start to get better soon but I felt terrible. I had taken my daughter to a Minute Clinic once years ago when on vacation in Orlando. They saved us. She had strep throat & they were wonderful. I love Target so I took a chance again for myself. I hoped for the best because I needed help. The kiosk was easy to maneuver which was good because I really didn’t feel well and I was by myself. The practitioner was wonderful. She was thorough and went over everything with me that she prescribed. She saved me. Now days later I am feeling so much better I will have to go thank her myself. The only thing that could have been better was she was by herself. So there was no one at the desk because she was in room assisting a patient. Thank you!

My visit was quick and efficient. I came in as a walk-in and was seen in about 5 minutes. My provider had great bedside manner, and was very knowledgeable.

The NP was excellent. She spent a lot of time with me and was able to help me.

My appointment started punctually. The Provider-[...] provided outstanding service. She took the necessary amount of time to diagnose my symptoms properly and to explain everything to me throughly. I also received a clear, easy to understand printout of the diagnoses and instructions for treatment.

Easy scheduling, promptly seen

WHile the person I interacted with at the minute clinic was fine, what I am incredibly upset by was the fact that I was not informed how much the Quest labs fee would be when I agreed to pay for the testing at the minute clinic. I actually was not told at all that a lab fee might be involved, I thought all that I was going to pay was the $100 at the minute clinic. I then received a surprise Quest bill for almost $500 that I would not have consented to if I had known the price. I am so incredibly upset, it would have been cheaper for me to go straight to Quest and through their services. I can promise I will never use minute clinic again and speak poorly of them to any person that asks me. This bill is so much more than I ever expected or agreed to, and I was not informed in any way of the extra charges, it feels like I was tricked into paying more for something that again, I did not consent to.
