Both of the ladies that attended me that day were very nice and patient.
The clinic visit itself was fine — the staff was friendly and attentive. However, the check-out experience was another story. I was purchasing a few items from the store when The Provider, one of the cashiers, was extremely rude and condescending. I attempted to use the self-checkout, and when the receipt did not print, I informed the store representative and asked for assistance. The Provider stated that she could not print the receipt and claimed she did not see that I had purchased the $3.99 milk. When I asked her to re-ring the item, I noticed that the rewards I used were no longer on my account, which indicated the transaction had already gone through. She then sarcastically told me, “Go ahead and take the milk if you need free milk.” I found that comment insulting, but I chose to ignore it. Unfortunately, the interaction only became worse. When I attempted to have her ring up my other items, The Provider continued speaking to me in a rude and dismissive manner. After I addressed her attitude, she became even more disrespectful and ultimately refused to . I had to ring up my items and told me that I could leave the store. I had to return to the pharmacy area to request assistance from someone else. Because of this experience, I will seriously reconsider returning to CVS in the future.
I made an appointment and went for a lab exam. The nurse practitioner was very professional and informative.
I had to wait over 45 mins to be be seem,which caused me to miss another appointment I had scheduled. The last visit was not the normal wait time. Please try to do better.
Professional, caring, patience
The care I received was excellent, getting pushed back on walk in status each time someone went online and took the next appt should be explained to walk in clients , as they should receive the next available appt when they arrive .

The nurse practitioner helped the nurse aid with logging me in and getting me seen and on my way in a timely manner.
