The nurse practitioner never sent my medication to the pharmacy and the medication she prescribed was a higher strength over the counter medication. When I asked, “are you prescribing me Azoz?” She said “no it’s nothing like that”. She completely lied, it was exactly that. Everytime I have gone to a minute clinic or urgent care for a UTI, they always prescribe an antibiotic. She did not do that, she prescribed an over the counter medication and didn’t even send it to the pharmacy.
The exam was on time and very thorough and helpful. The nurse had a great bedside manner and was very kind.

The process was easy. I checked in through my phone and was called in right away. The nurse practitioner was very nice and explained the whole process. I walked out with my test results and prescription was send to my local CVS pharmacy. I was extremely happy with how easy it all was.

The appointment process was quick and easy. I didn't have to wait long at all until being seen. The nurse was incredibly quick to test and diagnose my flu symptoms. She gave me clear instructions and prescribed me multiple medications that helped me recover much more quickly.
