Went in on a Sunday AM and was seeen very quickly. The appt process on the app was very easy to use and helpful to do all the checking in beforehand we were in and out in 20 mins. The doctor was great with my 3yr old - she was very warm and friendly and helped the screening process for her symptoms go very smoothly. She put her script through for antibiotics right away and it was ready in 10 mins. I was skeptical to see someone other than her pediatrician but I’d not hesitate to do the minute clinic again in the future after this experience
I was in this past Friday for a UTI, had a culture, and still don’t have results. Every other urgent care I have been to gets me results within 3 days. This is unacceptable, considering I am sure I will receive a bill from the lab for information not provided in a timely manner. The last time I went to Minute Clinic, it took 4 working days, which is unusually long in my experience, especially since it turned out I was on a resistant antibiotic and had to be prescribed another one. Will be going back to MDNow going forward.

There was no wait. Provideri was very supportive and understanding. She was able to give me options and it was easy pick up for meds. She also told me to call her back if I had any questions which did and I got through to her!
