I unfortunately had to visit this Minute Clinic twice in one week for different ailments. Thankfully I was greeted both times by Provider and [...]. Both are very friendly, efficient, and thorough. I appreciate The Provider's welcoming demeanor. She always engages in conversation while getting her work done. The Provider really listens to her patients. She is quick, but thorough with her exam, and she gives important directions and reminders... in some cases things I had forgotten to ask.
Providerin APR is great. You need to give her a raise in pay and benefits.

The care I received was excellent. I walked in with a very last-minute appointment. Not only did the practitioner complete the appropriate tests, but led me through the pharmacy quickly to show me what products would be useful for immediate relief. The pharmacy had my prescription ready within minutes. The only negative feedback I had was the call with the antibiotic resistance results. After discussions with multiple people, including the pharmacist, it seems some resistance to antibiotics is fairly common. That phone call made me panic a bit and made me feel as if I was taking too many antibiotics, which is not the case at all.
