The nurses were very kind and helpful in getting me signed in and treating me.
Very professional
Setting up an appointment was quick and easy and there were a great amount of slots available for flexibility. I got in and out in under 10min and received a nice coupon too! I've received vaccines from CVS before and I'll definitely keep going back.
Efficient , friendly, took their time and showed interest & understanding
The time was taken to find out my concerns. Excellent care was provided and all my questions were answered.
First time there and everything went good and seen me the within a hour of making the appointment,very convenient.

While the quality of care is good, the last few times that I've had an appointment, I've started out seeing one nurse to take my vital statistics, and then had to wait to see another nurse for other health checks (e.g. listen to my lungs and heart). Why can't I complete the visit with a single nurse instead of the two-part appointment. Yesterday I was seen by the first nurse 10 minutes before my appointment time, which was great, but then I had to wait 20 minutes to see the second nurse. What's the point? I could have been done with my appointment, if I had completed the visit with the first nurse, long before I was able to begin the visit with the second nurse. It's really annoying and makes a mess of the rest of my daily schedule when I don't finish until a half hour after the expected end of my visit.
