It was hard to find out beforehand if what I needed could be done at the clinic. And though I did get what I had hoped for (prescription refill), I want able to find out how much it would cost me for using the clinic service. A lot of unknowns.
Very friendly nurse practitioner -- she had great advice and made sure I understood everything. She has helped my husband in the past and is always very kind and helpful. I didn't have to wait, either. Great experience!
