I felt that I was carefully listened to and shown respect.

both NP and the individual that I saw before her to have a flu test were very concise and kind.

I felt health matters were explained in a way that was easy to understand (i.e., after-visit care, taking medications, addressing my health problems or concerns).

Overall rating for my clinic visit with this practitioner

NP even followed up with a phone call to my sister regarding my young niece that I had contracted influenza from in order to check symptoms and provide remedy for what had developed from influenza to pneumonia.

Don't let the nurse practitioners go they are amazing!!! They make you feel heard and related to.
