I was seen at the clinic for a tick bite. I was relieved that the wait time was minimal. The medical provider was professional, competent and thorough. She spent a decent time with me, providing me with care tips and potential symptoms to look out for. All in all, from the start of my visit until receiving my medication, less than an hour had passed. My one complaint is that the health care provider never introduced herself nor told me her title. I don’t know if I was seen by an RN, NP, PA or even an MD.
