Very pleased with care professional. She seemed to ask the right questions & knowledgeable. She communicated genuine concern and acknowledged importance of reason for seeking care.
I felt like the doctor that I saw was not really listening to me. She seemed to just wanna rush through the process. I had to ask her if my lungs sounded clear, if she thought it was Providervid. She wasn’t really giving me a lot of information. She may have done that all at the end, but I just felt as if I wasn’t being heard.
Nurse stayed until close time and helped with the health screening forms needed for employers health credit.
Service was quick and efficient

The Provider was excellent. She was efficient in her diagnosis and explaining next steps.
I made an agreement to pay one price on the app/website, when I made it there waited and was seen. The practitioner said that the cost of changed and she couldn’t do anything about it.
The doctor was kind, helpful and on point. She treated me with respect and showed courtesy.
Fabulous and caring. My first stop was CVS on Gilead in Huntersville and they could use a bedside manner. CVS inside Target, she was great and deserves to have a job. It is difficult no walk-ins at either place as I didn’t realize that either and I was in pain. I do understand though.
