The doctor who did my exam/test was very friendly and made the experience comfortable.
The doctor was very informative very nice helpful and understanding. Glad I chose minute clinic.
The clinician and the visit itself was excellent. I had difficulty scheduling the visit with the computer system . I tried to schedule on Tuesday but when signing in as a guest it kept going to my home number which is a landline despite me putting my cell phone in. I was not home so textng to a landline is not helpful. My husband did finally figure it out. Because I did not finish with the information, the appointment apparently did not register and when I got there on Tuesday , someone else was scheduled in the slot that I tried to schedule. On Wednesday my appointment was at 6:20 and I was seen at about 7:00. I want to stress again that the visit itself was excellent with a patient and kind provider.
Fast professional help
They overbooked the MD available. My appointment time was nowhere near accurate. I waited over 30 mins to be seen despite my scheduled appointment time. Sadly some people ended up just leaving. It was was frustrating. Suggestion... someone should do the insurance information other than the MD prior to being seen. Perhaps this would help the provider see everyone in a timely manner.
The practitioner was very kind and attentive with my concerns. She was also very thorough.

My The Provider was wonderful! She was very professional and knowledgeable and took the time to listen to my medical issue. She asked many questions and was thorough in her examination to determine the right diagnosis and treatment for my sinus and middle ear inflammation. She had wonderful bedside manner and was so pleasant and understanding. I've always received such great care at CVS Minute Clinics. You have a wonderful resource in these clinics. I've been on my medications for about a day and a half now and am already feeling so much better! Thanks again to the dedicated practitioners at CVS.
