Appointment went well. Didn't have to wait. Was given a detailed review for my illness.

The staff was efficient. My appointment was started on time. Everyone listened to my concerns and were able to assess my health and provided me with medicine to help relieve my systems. I was very impressed.

I cannot be happier with my experience at this cvs minute clinic. The NP was outstanding and thorough while also being efficient with our time. She was also wonderfully animated with my 5-year-old which made the experience so much easier and less scary for her. Kudos to this NP! We also appreciate that the cvs clinic is cheaper than our pediatrician’s office for this type of sick visit.

My previous visits at this CVS were umoleasa becauae The Provider said my B12 perscription was for 28 days but it was for 28 days with 11 refills per my doctor. Then after I called CVS Corporate The Provider called and left a message saying that dame same persription thst has 28 days for 11 months can't say CVS pharmacy needs to say Minute Clinic but she and other gave me shots for a month under same perscription. My Primary Care office was very irritated by my calling 3x to explain what CVS needed. LJ and others at this CVS have given me B12 shots for 3+ years including The Provider so why the nitpicking? Where was her customer service and this made my life and others very difficult and time consuming wasn't easy at all. I will not be visiting The Provider at this CVS felt uncomfortable and she made something simple difficult and too much time was spent on a a perscription wording!!! Easy to schedule and check-in, efficient visit, addressed my illness and provided solutions.

Staff was kind, timely and helpful. I was seen right at the time of my appointment, didn't have to wait very long and left with prescriptions that had me feeling better almost immediately. My parents have never gone to a MinuteClinic but now they're interested and are considering using it themselves going forward.
