"I did have a harder time getting in and couldnt really use the walk in service but I like the practitioner so much I get going back until I finally got in. If I lived closer that would be my first choice."

Test results were to be ready in 1 to 2 days day 4 and still no results therefore I can't go back to work. No more "minute clinic" for me

I felt that I was carefully listened to and shown respect.

I felt health matters were explained in a way that was easy to understand (i.e., after-visit care, taking medications, addressing my health problems or concerns).

"I gratefully appreciate the kindness, professionalism, and cleanliness of the staff. Everything right down to how the waiting area attendant informed me that I would require a mask to be seen was pleasant. The NP had seen me on multiple occasions, and always takes me seriously, and treats me with compassion. These ladies need raises, the clinic wouldnt be the same without them. "
