The experience was very good, with one exception. I don’t understand why this happed, but I had made an appointment a couple days prior. When I got there and checked in, I was the only one there. After I had waited about 10 minutes, a young man came in and registered, sat down and we both waited about 15-20 minutes. Then the nurse came out and called in the young man, completely ignoring the fact that I was the next in the queue. After 10 minutes he came out of the office and left. Only then was I called in to be cared for. Really disappointing. But the treatment that I received from the nurse was fine. So I guess walk-ins get treated first!
The Provider was amazing. I had just arrived into Nevada after driving from WA state to make our move. I was in so much pain and she was able to diagnose and treat as soon as I walked in. I had to call for a follow up because my infection didn't clear with the first antibiotics and received a call right away. Very happy with MinuteClinic. Thank you

NP did not seem like she knew what she was doing, kept saying things over and over again to explain her frustration of her not knowing what to do due to guidelines that she did not understand. Very unprofessional and very confused of her job. Would not recommend or go back to her.
